Board Members each have specific and shared roles to preserve the success of OSSIA New Music
Shared responsibilities include:
Reviewing proposals and curating the season repertoire
Recruiting performers and working with Eastman’s administrative team to produce concerts
Attending meetings with board members to actively communicate and collaborate on production matters
Scheduling and coaching rehearsals
Opportunities for board members include:
Organizing local outreach performances
Network and connect with diverse and vibrant composers
Hands on skill development with graphic design, basic web design, and film/photography
